The WARRANTY is transferrable!! ABOUT THE CAR: Gray in color, 4 door sedan and has ALL the options available --- from 6 CD in dash, 5 levels of heated power front seats, moon roof and so many more I can´t list them all!! New BATTERY, New Belts to include the serpentine belt. A/C pumps out COLD air as the compressor was replaced last year (and the extended warranty covered it) --- 80K mile tires were put on last year so there is a lot of tread. Currently it is only driven about 60 - 100 miles per week by my wife and all other trips (with exception to Florida this year) we drive my auto. Just got back from Florida and the highway gas mileage was 26-28 miles per gallon. The entire passenger side was repainted (I have receipts) because someone ´keyed´ that side of auto. There are some minor scratches on the trunk lid but otherwise in EXCELLENT shape. I don´t really want to sell it but my wife wants an SUV for our ´retired trips´ we are going to take in the future. YES, you can drive this auto and be under warranty from BUMPER TO BUMPER. It has 86,400 miles on it and it is in perfect condition. I have paperwork for TRANSFERRABLE warranty, new tires, new battery, new belts to include serpentine belt, power roof, headted seats (5 settings of heat), both front seats are POWER --- most cars only have power driver seat, new brakes, new windshield and when in Florida last year a new A/C compressor was installed ($610 -- covered by warranty!). The entire passenger side of the auto has been re-painted as it was ´KEYED´ from front to back --- at a cost of $1,700. Have been married for 46 years and my wife bought a car while in Florida in March and if I had my way (happy wife, happy life!) we would continue to drive the KIA. On the trip to Florida (fully loaded) we got 27-28 MPG!!!
